Terms of Service

These Terms govern purchases from Studio Aria, use of studioaria.net and its storefronts, and access to Studio Aria software and web-based applications. By placing an order, creating or using an account, or accessing a Studio Aria service, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms presented for that transaction.

1. Studio Aria and Services

Studio Aria is a Belize business offering digital products and technology-related products and services. Current offerings may include Roblox, PlayStation and Apple digital gift cards; graphic-design T-shirts or apparel when listed for sale; and software or web-based applications developed or operated by Studio Aria, including AriaFlow.

Studio Aria may provide software development, implementation, maintenance, support and related web-based services where expressly offered or agreed with a customer.

Availability, features, denominations, prices, plans and supported platforms may change. A product or service is offered only when displayed, quoted or confirmed by Studio Aria.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate order, account and payment information and have authority to use the information and payment methods they provide.

Customers are responsible for checking product, denomination, platform, account or region requirements and recipient details before confirming an order.

Customers must protect delivered codes, account credentials, license keys and other access information.

3. Digital Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are electronically delivered products unless Studio Aria expressly states otherwise.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct platform and denomination and confirming that the intended account can redeem the product.

After a valid code is delivered, the customer is responsible for protecting it from disclosure or unauthorized redemption. Refunds and replacements are governed by the Studio Aria Refund & Replacement Policy.

Studio Aria is an independent retailer/reseller of third-party digital gift cards. References to Roblox, PlayStation, Apple or other brands identify the relevant product or platform and do not by themselves imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.

4. Physical Merchandise

Where Studio Aria lists graphic-design T-shirts or other physical merchandise, the applicable listing will identify available designs, sizes, prices and fulfillment information.

Defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise eligible merchandise claims are handled under the Refund & Replacement Policy. Custom or personalized merchandise may have additional terms disclosed before purchase.

5. Software, AriaFlow and Web Applications

Studio Aria may develop, operate, license or provide access to proprietary software and web-based applications, including AriaFlow. Unless expressly transferred by written agreement, software, source code, interfaces, documentation, branding, designs and related intellectual property remain the property of Studio Aria or the applicable rights holder.

Software access may be provided under a subscription, license, trial, business agreement or other plan. Product-specific pricing, user limits, functionality, support, retention arrangements and cancellation rules may be stated separately and form part of these Terms.

Users may not unlawfully copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, bypass access controls, interfere with security or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Business customers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of data they enter into Studio Aria software and for ensuring authorized users comply with applicable law and organizational policies.

Studio Aria may perform maintenance, security updates, feature changes or emergency work. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed unless a separate written service-level commitment states otherwise.

6. Accounts and Security

Some Studio Aria software may require accounts and role-based permissions. Customers are responsible for authorized-user activity and credential security.

Studio Aria may reasonably suspend or restrict access for security, suspected misuse, non-payment, legal compliance or material breach. Where appropriate, Studio Aria will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

7. Prices, Payment and Taxes

Prices will be shown or confirmed before purchase. Gift-card face values may be denominated in USD while Studio Aria's selling price is charged in BZD.

Payment must be confirmed before delivery or activation unless Studio Aria expressly agrees otherwise. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties or charges except those Studio Aria must legally collect or bear.

8. Electronic Transactions

Orders, acceptances, notices, receipts, account actions and agreements may be conducted electronically. Customers should retain transaction confirmations and receipts.

Studio Aria will provide reasonably accessible information about products, prices, payment methods and applicable cancellation, return, exchange or refund conditions.

9. Acceptable Use

Customers may not use Studio Aria websites or software to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, harvest data without authorization or engage in fraud or deceptive activity.

10. Third-Party Services

Gift-card platforms, payment providers, hosting, databases, email, messaging and other third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Studio Aria is not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions or policy changes outside Studio Aria's reasonable control, but will address errors attributable to Studio Aria under the applicable policy.

11. Intellectual Property

Studio Aria names, logos, the approved SA monogram, original graphics, website content, software and documentation remain protected to the extent provided by law. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Liability

Studio Aria will provide products and services with reasonable care. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Studio Aria is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by customer misuse of a delivered code, incorrect customer information, customer failure to safeguard credentials, or third-party systems outside Studio Aria's reasonable control.

13. Cancellation, Changes and Governing Law

Gift-card cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Replacement Policy. Software subscriptions or services may be terminated according to the applicable plan, quotation, order form or agreement.

Studio Aria may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, technology, law, security or business practices. These Terms are intended to operate under the laws of Belize, and mandatory rights remain unaffected.
