This Privacy Policy explains how Studio Aria collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data when individuals visit studioaria.net, purchase products, communicate with Studio Aria, or use Studio Aria software and web-based applications, including AriaFlow.

1. Information We May Collect

Identity and contact information such as name, email, telephone/WhatsApp number, business name and account details.

Order and transaction information such as products purchased, denomination, amount paid, receipt/order number, payment method, delivery status and support history.

Account and authentication information for software services, including username, role, login records and security-related information.

Technical and usage information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, application events, diagnostic logs and security events where collected.

Information customers or authorized users enter into Studio Aria software. In AriaFlow this may include operational records and personal data relating to a customer's own clients, employees, assets, reservations, transactions or workflows depending on the features used.

Communications and support information contained in email, WhatsApp, website forms or other support channels.

2. Why We Use Data

To process orders, verify payments, deliver digital products, issue receipts and provide support.

To create and administer software accounts, authenticate users, apply permissions and provide requested functionality.

To operate, troubleshoot, maintain, improve and protect websites, applications and infrastructure.

To communicate about orders, service changes, security and support and to maintain accounting, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, legal and business records.

To send marketing communications where permitted and where any required consent has been obtained.

3. Fair and Lawful Processing

Studio Aria seeks to collect personal data for specified legitimate purposes and limit collection to information reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Depending on context, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, take requested pre-contract steps, comply with legal obligations, protect permitted legitimate interests or operate on the basis of consent.

4. AriaFlow and Business-Customer Data

Where a business customer uses AriaFlow or another Studio Aria application to process information about its customers, employees, assets, transactions or operations, the business customer determines what information it enters and is responsible for having appropriate authority to provide it.

Studio Aria processes such customer-controlled data to provide, secure, support and maintain the contracted service and as otherwise permitted by agreement or law.

Studio Aria will not treat a business customer's operational database as Studio Aria's marketing list merely because it is hosted or processed through a Studio Aria application.

5. Sharing, Providers and International Processing

Studio Aria may use providers for hosting, databases, authentication, payments, email delivery, communications, analytics, security and backups. Data may be shared only to the extent reasonably necessary for the relevant function and subject to applicable safeguards.

Information may be disclosed where required by law or lawful authority, to protect legal rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate business restructuring subject to appropriate safeguards.

Some providers may process information outside Belize. Studio Aria will seek to use safeguards required by applicable law.

6. Cookies

Studioaria.net and Studio Aria applications may use essential cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences and core functionality.

If non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking technologies are introduced, Studio Aria will provide appropriate notice and choices where required.

7. Retention and Security

Studio Aria retains personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose and applicable legal, accounting, tax, security, dispute-resolution, backup or contractual requirements.

Studio Aria uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and risk, which may include access controls, authentication, role-based permissions, secure hosting, encryption where appropriate, logging, backups and software updates.

No internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers should use strong credentials and protect their devices and accounts.

8. Personal-Data Breaches

Studio Aria will investigate suspected personal-data breaches and take appropriate containment and remediation measures. Where applicable law requires notification to a regulator or affected individuals, Studio Aria will make the required notification within the applicable legal timeframe.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, individuals may request information about processing, access or correction of personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, request deletion where appropriate, withdraw consent where relied upon, and object to direct marketing.

Studio Aria may require reasonable identity verification. Certain information may need to be retained where legally required or otherwise permitted.

10. Children and Third-Party Platforms

Studio Aria's direct purchasing and business software services are not intended to solicit children's personal information without appropriate authorization. Third-party gift cards may relate to platforms used by younger users, but purchases should be made by persons legally able to transact or with appropriate parent/guardian involvement.

Third-party services such as Roblox, PlayStation, Apple, payment providers and social platforms have their own privacy policies.

11. Policy Changes

Studio Aria may update this Privacy Policy as services, technology or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version.
